A free 15-minute call to talk through your situation and identify the right service fit.
Talk through your needs →Prepare for your first conversation, compare support and understand what happens after scope is agreed.
Bring a brief description of your business or personal tax needs, the service you are considering and any deadline. For bookkeeping, note the approximate number of accounts, the system you use and how far behind the records may be.
You do not need to upload financial documents to book. The free 15-minute call is for fit and scope; detailed review and advice are separately agreed.
Be ready to describe your organization’s mission, activities and stage; its formation or exemption status; its fiscal year and filing history; the condition of its records; and any notice or deadline. Identify who will coordinate the work.
The 30-minute consultation costs $97 and includes a call summary. A detailed plan, document preparation and filings need a separate engagement. Keep sensitive documents out of booking notes.
Choose the support level based on the workload and review schedule you need. Core Books, Strategic Finance and Financial Partnership provide different levels of monthly bookkeeping and financial support. Catch-up projects and tax returns are separately scoped.
Review starting prices, explore services or read common questions. The written agreement sets your final fee and responsibilities.
After fit and scope are confirmed, review and e-sign the engagement and complete the agreed payment or authorization. Keliyah then provides secure portal onboarding instructions and the records and access request for your service.
For a provider transition, explain what systems and reports already exist and what remains unresolved. Wait for the requested document list before sending records.
Records are due by the 5th. Reports are targeted by the 30th, subject to complete, timely information. Weekend and major-holiday deadlines move to the next business day; Keliyah is closed on major holidays. Meetings and support follow your selected tier.
Tell Keliyah about missing statements, unusual transactions, new accounts and deadlines early. Delayed or incomplete information can change the schedule. Project milestones are agreed separately.
Do not put tax IDs, bank details, passwords, tax returns or identity documents in public forms, booking notes or ordinary email. Existing clients should use the contact person and secure sharing instructions agreed for the engagement.
If instructions are unclear or a request seems unexpected, call (561) 225-7319 before sending records. Read the document-handling guidance.
