Talk through your needs →Start with a short inquiry. Arrange document sharing before sending sensitive records.
The general contact form is for service questions and initial inquiries. Do not use it to send Social Security numbers, bank or card details, passwords, tax returns, identity documents, or other confidential records. There is no document-upload field on that form.
Confirm the document-sharing method directly with Keliyah before sending sensitive information. Existing clients should use the channel agreed for their engagement. If you are unsure whether a request or link is legitimate, call (561) 225-7319 using the number on this website.
Wait for the relevant document request rather than sending an entire archive. Keep your own copies of the records you provide. Do not share account passwords through the website or by ordinary email; discuss an appropriate access arrangement when it is needed.
Treat unexpected payment instructions, password requests, and changes to a document-sharing channel with care. Verify them through a known contact method before acting. A familiar display name or logo alone does not establish that a message is genuine.
If you sent information to the wrong place or suspect a message is fraudulent, contact Keliyah promptly at info@keliyahsolutions.com or (561) 225-7319. Describe what happened without resending the sensitive information. Do not include passwords or full account numbers in the report.
Our document-retention policy is at least seven years. Records may be retained longer when needed for ongoing matters, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, and are not automatically deleted after seven years. Contact us with questions about a specific record. Document-sharing instructions depend on the work agreed for your engagement. Contact Keliyah before sending records if the instructions are unclear.
