Refund Policy

At Keliyah Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to all of our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
 
Refund Eligibility
 
Refunds will only be issued if Keliyah Solutions is at fault.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
 
  • An incorrect product or service was delivered.
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a system error.
  • A promised service was not completed due to our error.
 
 
If the issue falls under these conditions, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at a.robertson@keliyahsolutions.com within 7 days of purchase. Proof of payment and a detailed description of the issue will be required to process your request.
 
Non-Refundable Situations
 
Refunds will not be granted for the following:
 
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to our service quality.
  • Failure to utilize the service or missed appointments.
  • Downloadable products, digital templates, or courses once access has been granted.
  • Any issues caused by third-party systems or user error.
 
 
Processing Time
 
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
